Returns & Refunds

We want every purchase to be a great experience. If you have any issues, we are here to help at every step.

Returnable
Standard items without engraving or customisation can be returned within 7 days.
Non-Returnable
Engraved, custom-made, or used items are not eligible for return.
Manufacturing Defect
If your item has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Return Conditions

Items are eligible for return when the following conditions are met:

  • Return requested within 7 days of receiving the item
  • Item is in original condition, unworn, without scratches
  • Original packaging is complete (box, pouch, card)
  • Item has no engraving or customisation
  • Proof of purchase available (order number or confirmation email)

Non-Eligible Items

  • Items with engraved text or initials
  • Custom-made items designed to order
  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Items reported more than 7 days after delivery

Return Process

    Contact Us

    Reach out through our contact page with photos of the item and your order number.

    Await Confirmation

    Our team will review and confirm your return request within 1–2 business days.

  3. 03

    Ship the Item Back

    Send the item to the address provided. For manufacturing defects, we cover shipping costs.

  4. 04

    Receive Refund

    After inspection, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
